Upon delivery, my 10 in 1 kit was missing a few pieces. I emailed their cx support, and they replied quickly. They asked me to send pics of my missing parts, and after a couple of weeks I had the missing parts arrive in the mail. I love the look of these ambient lights. They look OEM in my Audi A5, and the app allows me to adjust colors and brightness with ease. Looking at purchasing an AI carplay adapter that allows app downloads so I can use the app on the cars touch screen further making this like an OEM+ set up. Very happy so far!!!
All I can say is wish I ordered a larger amount. I got the two in one kit. So will be ordering again. Lovely set up on app too. And controller easy also.

Yes, SilverHolder® Luxury Auto Lighting is universal and can be powered on all vehicles, as long as your interior trim panels have gaps where the lighting tubing can be inserted, your interior is fully compatible! Scouting your interior ahead of time is recommended - common lighting placements include between gaps along the front dash, center console, and door seams. This lighting bundle can be powered on all vehicles; The powering options is 12V hardwire.
The power cord of this light can be connected to the car battery, ACC or nearby power supply.
When off, the LED strip sections appear as only a small strip of monotone gray acrylic, allowing them to blend in with the rest of your vehicle's interior. In addition, note that the lighting can be switched on/off at any time via the bluetooth application.
